1. Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings assigned below wherever they appear in this document:

To register and use the ym777 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. ym777 enforces a strict 21+ policy in compliance with responsible gaming best practices.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Persons under legal guardianship or otherwise lacking legal capacity are prohibited from registering.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of ym777, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have a previously suspended or terminated ym777 account. Opening a second account following account termination is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent ban and forfeiture of all funds.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and during any KYC verification process. ym777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time.

3. Account Registration

Each Player may hold exactly one account on ym777. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited. During registration, you are required to provide:

• Your full legal name, as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or passport.
• A valid date of birth confirming you are at least 21 years of age.
• A valid, active email address that you control.
• A mobile phone number registered in Indonesia.
• A chosen username and a strong password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree to notify ym777 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. ym777 will not be liable for losses resulting from a Player's failure to safeguard their login credentials. ym777 reserves the right to suspend any account pending verification if inconsistencies are identified in the registration data provided.

Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before ym777 will process a Player's first withdrawal. Required documents include a clear photograph or scan of a valid KTP or passport and, where requested, a recent bank statement or utility bill as proof of address. Documents must be in the Player's legal name and must not be expired.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ym777 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) or Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise stated on the deposit page.
• Deposits are credited to your ym777 balance as soon as the transfer is confirmed on our system. Processing times vary by payment method; bank transfers may take up to 5 minutes during peak hours.
• ym777 does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or third-party payment methods not listed on the Platform. Deposits made from accounts not belonging to the registered Player will be voided and returned.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit, in order to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be declined.
• KYC verification must be fully approved before any withdrawal is released. ym777 aims to process approved withdrawals within 15 minutes for BCA and BRI transfers during standard banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–21:00 WIB). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours are processed on the next available banking window.
• ym777 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending additional verification if fraud, bonus abuse, or money-laundering indicators are detected.
• Withdrawal fees, if applicable, will be disclosed on the withdrawal page before the transaction is confirmed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ym777 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed registration and, where specified, made a qualifying deposit within the promotional period.
• Each bonus carries a stated wagering requirement (turnover requirement). Until the full wagering requirement is met, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are specified as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., "10x" means a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 1.000.000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted).
• Certain game types may be excluded from wagering-requirement calculations, or may contribute at a reduced rate. A full game contribution table is published on each promotion's detail page.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period. Upon expiry, Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the account.
• A Player may only claim each bonus once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion constitutes bonus abuse.
• ym777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, Players who have already claimed it and commenced wagering will be given a reasonable period to complete their wagering requirement.

6. Betting & Game Rules

By placing a wager on ym777, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after they have been accepted by the ym777 system, except where a specific "Cash Out" or "Bet Edit" feature is available for that market.
• ym777 offers sports betting markets including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and others), badminton, MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire), and other sports. Market availability is subject to change without notice.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) and Asian handicap (voor bola) markets are subject to their own additional rules as published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform.
• Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets — including SGP, HK, SDY, and Macau draws — are governed by the draw results published by the respective official lottery operators. ym777 is not responsible for errors in official draw results.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error, or data-feed interruption that causes a bet to be accepted at an incorrect price, ym777 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stake to the Player's account.
• Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and others) streamed from licensed studios are subject to the game rules of the respective studio provider. ym777 does not alter game mechanics or house edges.
• ym777 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market or game at any time, particularly where a potential payout would be disproportionate to the market's liquidity.

7. Responsible Gaming

ym777 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The following tools and policies are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit can only be lowered immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time-on-site notifications at intervals of their choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may apply for a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or 12 months. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked and no deposits or wagers are permitted. Self-exclusion cannot be lifted before the elected period expires.
• Reality Checks: Automated notifications informing the Player of the total time elapsed and net win/loss position during a session.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ym777 Platform — including but not limited to the ym777 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, and game assets — is the property of ym777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any ym777 content without our prior written consent.
• Game content, including titles, graphics, and mechanics from third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to ym777 for display on the Platform.
• The ym777 name and logo may not be used in any marketing, affiliation, or promotional material without explicit written authorisation from ym777.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ym777 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of manipulation of game or sports outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or display errors to place bets at incorrect odds or to generate illegitimate winnings.
• Opening or operating more than one account on ym777, whether under your own name or under a false identity.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities. ym777 has a zero-tolerance policy for money laundering and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ym777 staff or other Players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access areas of the Platform for which you do not have authorisation, or attempting to interfere with the Platform's security or infrastructure.

10. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ym777 limits its liability as follows:

• ym777 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• ym777 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.
• In the event of a Force Majeure event, ym777's obligations under these Terms are suspended for the duration of that event. ym777 will make reasonable efforts to restore service as promptly as possible.
• ym777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• ym777 is not responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings. Players are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes applicable to gambling winnings under the laws of their jurisdiction.

11. Account Termination

Either party may terminate the Player's ym777 account under the following conditions:

11.1 Termination by the Player

You may request account closure at any time by contacting ym777 customer support via live chat or email. Before closure is processed, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses will be forfeited. Real-money balances net of forfeited bonus funds will be returned to the Player via the registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion.

11.2 Termination by ym777

ym777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — under circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law-enforcement directive requiring account suspension.

Where an account is terminated by ym777 due to a Player's breach of these Terms, ym777 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, ym777 may forfeit some or all of the account balance in accordance with these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international law as applied by the jurisdiction under which ym777 holds its operating licence. ym777 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated platform.

For Players accessing the Platform from Indonesia, you acknowledge that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions under Indonesian law. By accessing ym777, you accept sole responsibility for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ym777 makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or legal in every jurisdiction.

Any dispute between a Player and ym777 that cannot be resolved through our standard customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.

13. Amendments

ym777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ym777 will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
• Notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the new terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons.

Continued use of the ym777 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
